  • Cancellation Policy: If you change your mind within 48 hours of purchase for our private session packages, we offer a full refund. Our private sessions are tailored to your availability, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. You may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours prior to the agreed-upon time. Due to the personalized preparation, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of a scheduled session will forfeit that session. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur charges based on our regular rates at that time. However, you are welcome to transfer your purchase to a colleague, as long as any preparation and sessions have not commenced for the specific service.
